Long-acting synthetic analog of growth hormone-releasing hormone, shown in early studies to raise GH and IGF-1 levels. Not FDA-approved for any use, with no major 2020–2025 trials; banned by WADA and sold as a research chemical, though a 2024 FDA status review opened it to further compounding evaluation without approving it.

Reconstitution

  1. Use bacteriostatic water as the diluent.
  2. Add the water slowly, letting it run down the inside wall of the vial rather than onto the powder.
  3. Swirl gently to mix, then leave it to dissolve. Do not shake.
  4. Give it a few minutes. The finished solution should be clear and colourless.

Standard protocol (subcutaneous)

  • 1 mg to 2 mg once weekly (some split into two doses per week)
  • The DAC version is long-acting (half-life of days), so it gives a steady GH bump rather than sharp pulses and does not need daily timing

Timing

  • Because it is long-acting, empty-stomach timing matters far less than with the No DAC version
  • Run 8 to 12 weeks, then a break

Dosing detail

  • Common dose is 1 mg to 2 mg per week, often as one or two shots.
  • Long-acting, so you get a sustained GH elevation instead of pulses.
  • Food timing matters much less here than with the short-acting No DAC version.
  • Mild water retention or tingling can show up early and settles.

Storage and handling

  • Keep the powdered (lyophilized) vial in a cool, dark place. Refrigerate it for longer-term storage before mixing.
  • Once reconstituted and refrigerated at 2–8 °C away from light, use the vial within 90 days.
  • Do not freeze a reconstituted vial, and keep it away from heat and sunlight.
  • If the solution turns cloudy, develops floating particles, or shows any other sign of degradation, stop using that vial.
