Growth hormone · Growth hormone stimulation and release
CJC-1295 (No DAC)
0.1–0.2 mg, 1–2× daily
Long-acting synthetic analog of growth hormone-releasing hormone, shown in early studies to raise GH and IGF-1 levels. Not FDA-approved for any use, with no major 2020–2025 trials; banned by WADA and sold as a research chemical, though a 2024 FDA status review opened it to further compounding evaluation without approving it.
Reconstitution
| Vial | 1 mL water | 2 mL water |
|---|---|---|
| 5 mg | 5 mg/mL | 2.5 mg/mL |
- Use bacteriostatic water as the diluent.
- Add the water slowly, letting it run down the inside wall of the vial rather than onto the powder.
- Swirl gently to mix, then leave it to dissolve. Do not shake.
- Give it a few minutes. The finished solution should be clear and colourless.
Protocol
Route: Subcutaneous
Standard protocol (subcutaneous)
- 0.1 mg (100 mcg) per dose, once or twice daily, on an empty stomach
- Because it is short-acting, it is dosed to match pulses: before bed, fasted morning, or post-workout
Best paired
- Almost always run with Ipamorelin at a matching 0.1 to 0.25 mg (100 to 250 mcg), combined in one syringe, since their short half-lives line up and they amplify each other
- Run 8 to 12 weeks, 5 on / 2 off
Dosing detail
- Common dose is 0.1 mg to 0.2 mg (100 to 200 mcg) per shot, once or twice daily.
- Short half-life (under 2 hours), so time it to pulses and keep it consistent.
- Empty stomach. Pairs naturally with Ipamorelin in the same syringe.
- A brief flush after injecting is common.
Duration
- Run 8 to 12 weeks, 5 on / 2 off, then a break.
Notes
- Almost always paired with Ipamorelin, since the two are complementary.
- A brief flush after injecting is common.
- Inject subcutaneously and rotate sites.
Storage and handling
- Keep the powdered (lyophilized) vial in a cool, dark place. Refrigerate it for longer-term storage before mixing.
- Once reconstituted and refrigerated at 2–8 °C away from light, use the vial within 90 days.
- Do not freeze a reconstituted vial, and keep it away from heat and sunlight.
- If the solution turns cloudy, develops floating particles, or shows any other sign of degradation, stop using that vial.
