GLOW is a blend (GHK-Cu, BPC-157, TB-500 in a 5:1:1 ratio), so 70 mg is the combined weight. The vial is usually 3 mL but occasionally ships as 5 mL; use the fill that matches the vial you received. Filling to the top dilutes the GHK-Cu sting as much as the vial allows. The calculator works in total blend mg: since GHK-Cu is 5 of every 7 parts, a 2.5 mg GHK-Cu dose is 3.5 mg of total blend.

  1. Use bacteriostatic water as the diluent.
  2. Add the water slowly, letting it run down the inside wall of the vial rather than onto the powder.
  3. Swirl gently to mix, then leave it to dissolve. Do not shake.
  4. Give it a few minutes. The finished solution should be clear and colourless.
  5. Expect a faint blue tint from the copper in the blend. That is normal.
  6. The solution should be clear once mixed, aside from that blue tint.

How a blend is dosed

  • Dose GLOW by the amount of GHK-Cu you want; the BPC-157 and TB-500 come along in the 5:1:1 ratio
  • The common range is 1 mg to 2.5 mg of GHK-Cu per day, with around 2.5 mg typical during loading
  • At a 3 mL fill the GHK-Cu portion comes to about 16.7 mg/mL, so 1 mg of GHK-Cu is a 0.06 mL draw (6 units) and 2.5 mg is 0.15 mL (15 units)
  • At 2.5 mg of GHK-Cu you also get about 0.5 mg each of BPC-157 and TB-500
  • These figures are for the usual 3 mL fill; with a 5 mL vial, recalculate the draws

Schedule

  • One subcutaneous injection daily, or 5 days on, 2 days off, rotating sites
  • Run an 8 to 12 week block, then 4 to 8 weeks off
  • Many load daily then drop to 3 times weekly for maintenance
  • Inject slowly to limit the GHK-Cu sting

Dosing detail

  • Dose by GHK-Cu content: 1 mg to 2.5 mg of GHK-Cu daily, scaling the whole blend with it. Around 2.5 mg is common during loading.
  • Once daily, subcutaneous, with sites rotated.
  • Because it contains copper, inject slowly to reduce sting.

Duration

  • Run 8 to 12 weeks, often 5 days on and 2 off (or daily loading then 3 times weekly), then 4 to 8 weeks off and reassess.

Notes

  • Combines the skin and healing peptide GHK-Cu with the soft-tissue repair pair BPC-157 and TB-500.
  • Inject subcutaneously and rotate sites.
  • Because of the copper content, inject slowly to limit any sting.

Storage and handling

  • Keep the powdered (lyophilized) vial in a cool, dark place. Refrigerate it for longer-term storage before mixing.
  • Once reconstituted and refrigerated at 2–8 °C away from light, use the vial within 90 days.
  • Do not freeze a reconstituted vial, and keep it away from heat and sunlight.
  • If the solution turns cloudy, develops floating particles, or shows any other sign of degradation, stop using that vial.
  • A faint blue tint is normal because of the GHK-Cu in the blend, not a sign of degradation.
