A 1:1 pairing of Semax and Selank; the 20 mg vial holds 10 mg of each. Doses are stated per peptide (they always move together); the calculator works in total blend mg, so 0.3 mg of each is 0.6 mg of total blend.
- Use bacteriostatic water as the diluent.
- Add the water slowly, letting it run down the inside wall of the vial rather than onto the powder.
- Swirl gently to mix, then leave it to dissolve. Do not shake.
- Give it a few minutes. The finished solution should be clear and colourless.

Standard protocol (subcutaneous)
- 0.2 mg to 0.5 mg of each peptide per day, with 0.3 mg of each a common middle
- On the 20 mg vial (10 mg of each) at a 3 mL fill, 0.3 mg of each is a 0.09 mL draw (9 units) and 0.5 mg of each is 0.15 mL (15 units)
- Once daily, or split morning and midday
Dose in the morning
- Take it in the morning, and if splitting, no later than early afternoon
- The Semax half is stimulating, so a late dose can disrupt sleep
- Nasal dosing is the other common route for these two, but the figures here are for subcutaneous
Dosing detail

- At the 3 mL fill: 0.2 mg of each is 0.06 mL (6 units), 0.3 mg is 0.09 mL (9 units), 0.5 mg is 0.15 mL (15 units).
- Dose in the morning (split doses no later than early afternoon), since the Semax half is stimulating.
- Both peptides share one syringe. Run short courses of about 10 days rather than continuously.
Duration
- Short courses of around 10 days on, then a few days off, during demanding periods. No reported tolerance build-up or dependency.

Storage and handling
- Keep the powdered (lyophilized) vial in a cool, dark place. Refrigerate it for longer-term storage before mixing.
- Once reconstituted and refrigerated at 2–8 °C away from light, use the vial within 90 days.
- Do not freeze a reconstituted vial, and keep it away from heat and sunlight.
- If the solution turns cloudy, develops floating particles, or shows any other sign of degradation, stop using that vial.
