  1. Use bacteriostatic water as the diluent.
  2. Add the water slowly, letting it run down the inside wall of the vial rather than onto the powder.
  3. Swirl gently to mix, then leave it to dissolve. Do not shake.
  4. Give it a few minutes. The finished solution should be clear and colourless.

Protocol

Route: Subcutaneous

Standard protocol (subcutaneous)

  • 0.1 mg (100 mcg) per dose, one to three times daily, on an empty stomach (30 minutes before food)
  • Expect a strong hunger surge shortly after dosing, more so than GHRP-2

Best paired

  • Commonly run with a GHRH like CJC-1295 (No DAC)
  • Run 8 to 12 weeks, then a break
  • The big appetite boost makes it a favourite for those trying to eat more

Dosing detail

  • Common dose is 0.1 mg to 0.3 mg (100 to 300 mcg) per shot, one to three times daily.
  • Empty stomach, 30 minutes before eating.
  • Strong appetite boost, more pronounced than GHRP-2. Useful if bulking, less so if cutting.
  • A brief flush after injecting is normal.

Duration

  • Run 8 to 12 weeks, then a break.

Notes

  • A ghrelin-mimic GH secretagogue with a strong appetite-boosting effect, more so than GHRP-2.
  • Inject subcutaneously and rotate sites.
  • A brief flush after injecting is normal.

Storage and handling

  • Keep the powdered (lyophilized) vial in a cool, dark place. Refrigerate it for longer-term storage before mixing.
  • Once reconstituted and refrigerated at 2–8 °C away from light, use the vial within 90 days.
  • Do not freeze a reconstituted vial, and keep it away from heat and sunlight.
  • If the solution turns cloudy, develops floating particles, or shows any other sign of degradation, stop using that vial.
