Mechanism
Binds the ghrelin/GHS receptor in the pituitary and hypothalamus, activating phospholipase C and calcium/protein kinase C signaling to boost GH release and pulse amplitude, while also raising ghrelin, appetite, IGF-1, prolactin, and cortisol somewhat.
