Kisspeptin-10
KISS1(45-54), Metastin fragment 45-54, KP-10, KISS1 (112-121)
Potent vasoconstrictor and anti-angiogenic peptide best known as a key regulator of the hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal axis, triggering GnRH release and downstream LH/FSH secretion. Studied for infertility, psychosexual disorders, and possible cancer applications.
Research score 75/100. Reference only, not a dose.

Mechanism
Binds the GPR54 (KISS1R) receptor on hypothalamic GnRH neurons, activating Gq/11 and phospholipase C signaling to raise calcium and drive pulsatile GnRH release, which prompts pituitary LH and FSH secretion and downstream gonadal hormone production.
Safety file
Favorable profile with no major side effects reported in human studies; short half-life limits prolonged adverse effects.
