Wolverine Stack
BPC-157 + TB-500
NovaEvum’s 5 mg + 5 mg fill. The science is the BPC-157 gastric-juice fragment plus the thymosin-beta-4 fragment. Both are research chemicals with thin human data.
- Healing
- Anti-inflammatory
- Wound healing
- Catalog fill
- 5 mg + 5 mg
- Typical water
- 2 mL
- Route
- Subcutaneous
- Cycle
- 4–6 weeks, then stop.
- Approval
- Not a single-compound monograph. See the BPC-157 and TB-500 entries.
- Status
- Neither component is FDA-approved. BPC-157 is an unapproved new drug and WADA-prohibited; TB-500 is a research chemical.
- Evidence
- See the two singles. The blend has no separate literature.
- Research score
- 60 / 100
Mechanism
BPC-157: VEGF, NO, collagen. TB-500: actin/cell migration and angiogenesis. You cannot change the ratio from this vial.
Safety file
Same caveats as the singles: no controlled human file for either fragment, theoretical angiogenic/tumour concern, WADA issues.
- Injection-site reactions
- Headache
- Fatigue
Reconstitution
2 mL bacteriostatic water yields 5 mg/mL total peptide (2.5 mg/mL of each). A 0.1 mL (10 unit) draw is 250 mcg of each.
Research amounts
Once daily during a recovery block.
| Step | Amount | Frequency | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Daily research draw | 250 mcg each | Once daily | 10 units from a 2 mL reconstitution |
| Higher daily draw | 500 mcg each | Once daily | 20 units |
Storage
- Lyophilized
- −20 °C freezer preferred; a refrigerator is also acceptable. Do not open a cold vial — wait 15–30 minutes so it does not sweat. Avoid freeze–thaw cycling.
- After water
- 2–8 °C, dark, up to 45 days when mixed with bacteriostatic water. Mixed vials stay in their box. Sterile water (no preservative) is single-use.
Worksheet notes
- You cannot dose the two peptides independently from this vial.
- If you need a TB-500-heavy load, use separate vials and the single-compound worksheets.
- Bacteriostatic water: 20–25 °C. Do not refrigerate the diluent.
- Amounts on this sheet are reconstitution math for the vial, not a recommendation.
Full protocol
Titration, schedule, and handling
The complete protocol for BPC-157 + TB-500 blend. Where it differs from the worksheet amounts above, the worksheet reflects the NovaEvum vial.
Reconstitution
| Vial | 2 mL water | 3 mL water |
|---|---|---|
| 10 mg | 5 mg/mL | 3.33 mg/mL |
| 20 mg | 10 mg/mL | 6.67 mg/mL |
A 1:1 healing blend of BPC-157 and TB-500 (the Wolverine blend). The vial weight is the combined total, split evenly: the 10 mg vial holds 5 mg of each, the 20 mg vial 10 mg of each. Dose by the total blend amount; both peptides come along in the 1:1 ratio. The 10 mg vial at 2 mL gives 5 mg/mL total, where 1 mg of blend is a 0.2 mL draw (20 units).
- Use bacteriostatic water as the diluent.
- Add the water slowly, letting it run down the inside wall of the vial rather than onto the powder.
- Swirl gently to mix, then leave it to dissolve. Do not shake.
- Give it a few minutes. The finished solution should be clear and colourless.
Protocol
Route: Subcutaneous
How a blend is dosed
- Dose by the total amount of blend; BPC-157 and TB-500 come along evenly in the 1:1 ratio
- The common range is 0.5 mg to 2 mg of total blend per day, with 1 mg per day a solid middle
- On the 10 mg vial at a 2 mL fill (5 mg/mL total), 1 mg of blend is a 0.2 mL draw (20 units), which delivers 0.5 mg each of BPC-157 and TB-500
- On the 20 mg vial at 2 mL (10 mg/mL total), the same 1 mg dose is a 0.1 mL draw (10 units)
Schedule and placement
- One subcutaneous injection daily, rotating sites
- BPC-157 works best near the injury, while TB-500 acts systemically, so for a specific injury you can inject close to the area and still get the whole-body benefit
- A 5 days on, 2 days off pattern is common
Dosing detail
- Dose by total blend: 0.5 mg to 2 mg per day, with 1 mg a common middle. That splits evenly into BPC-157 and TB-500.
- Inject once daily, subcutaneously, rotating sites. For a specific injury you can inject near it.
- Both BPC-157 and TB-500 are on the WADA prohibited list and are banned in competitive sport.
Duration
- Run a 6 to 12 week block, then take a break. Acute injuries often respond in 2 to 3 weeks; chronic or post-surgical cases usually take 4 to 8 weeks to show clear progress.
Notes
- One daily shot covers both peptides, which is simpler than running two separate vials.
- Both peptides are water soluble and mix cleanly in bac water. Rotate injection sites.
Storage and handling
- Keep the powdered (lyophilized) vial in a cool, dark place. Refrigerate it for longer-term storage before mixing.
- Once reconstituted and refrigerated at 2–8 °C away from light, use the vial within 90 days.
- Do not freeze a reconstituted vial, and keep it away from heat and sunlight.
- If the solution turns cloudy, develops floating particles, or shows any other sign of degradation, stop using that vial.
